Kate, loveable little brat she is, keeps running in and out of my room giving me her good candy. I’m all for candy trades, but she is just giving me all this candy. I’m feeling Guilty just for getting her candy. I mean the kid is five years old and is giving me the candy I like, I just know there is a catch somewhere.

Somehow today turned out to be an odd kind of day. Wendsdays are the days I have a 3:30 class. Today also happened to be raining. I left the house only a couple minutes late because I chose to wear my beat up black knee length boots, As I left the cul-de-sac to the main street, the bus zooms by me, I sighed and headed to the bus stop to wait for the next one. Twenty minutes into the wait someone stops in the parking lot behind the bus stop and asks me if I want a ride. I do not know this person so I decline, they ask a couple more times and I continue to remain at the stop (where I swear the garbage can is never changed as the smell of rancid and now wet garbage is almost lingering on my clothes.)

As usual I get to the campus half an hour before my class starts and peer into the hall leading to the doors to see if there is any sign of class being cancelled; there is none, I go to buy some food and head back to class as it is going to start in a couple of minutes…The damn class is cancelled. 

Flash forward a hour and I am waiting to get on the bus when I am approached by a woman and we make idle chit chat for a couple of minutes before her agenda is revealed. She wants to talk about God to me. I could only smile and nod while hoping someone would call or text me for a distraction. It gets to the point where she asks if she could pray for me. That was one of the longest minutes of my life.

Last part of todays adventures (all this taking place in 3 hour time window) was on the walk home. A man greets me as I pass the 7-11 and I greet back, thus some small talk to a Gary who lives down the street from me, who has a weakness for curly hair. Who said himself that he is old enough to be my father. (I think I preferred this encounter to the one before.)

Once again drama with certain people has made me sick again. This time instead of headache it just seems to be the feeling of needing to throw up. I hate people (some) tonight.
